U.S Shipping: USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days. USPS First Class Mail takes 2-5 days, and FedEx will be 2-5 days.
International Shipping: USPS Global Priority Mail usually takes 10-16days. If you prefer to ship via Express mail, please contact us for a shipping quote.
U.S Customer: We ship USPS Priority Mail when you order over $30.00. We ship USPS First Class Mail or USPS Media Mail when you order under $30.00.
International Customer: We ship Global Priority Mail when you order over $40.00.

Non-Exchange: Product that is returned as defective, which cannot be verified, or is damaged due to apparent misuse or neglect will not be accepted for exchange. Fees %20 plus shipping fee maybe apply. We may send back the product to you at your expenses. Neither an exchange nor a refund will be processed.

Electronics return policy:
We use Fedex Ground Service for standard shipping. If you place an order with us before 2:00 PM central Time, we will ship the product(s) to you on the same day by Fedex Ground Service. Fedex Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select and other shipping methods are also available.
Returns / Exchanges Policy
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the product(s) with original invoice provided due to defectiveness. However, all products must be returned in its original packaging and in marketable condition. They must also include the operating manuals and all accessories that came with it.
Exchange: If you are not satisfied with our product due to defectiveness, we'll be happy to exchange for the same or an identical product that works properly. All return MUST be in original and marketable condition, subject to our approval.
- Inspection for Defectiveness: All products returned are inspected by our technicians before an exchange or refund is processed.
- Return: All products must be returned in its original packaging and in marketable condition. All return must be pre-approved by our sales return department. We will not process a return without prior authorization. The processing time will take 1-2 weeks eighter return or refund will be processed.
- You need to request the RMA # by EMAIL
- Re-Stocking Fee: You will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee if you want to have full cash refund. Plus Shipping is non-refundable.
- Returns with Missing Items: Returns that have missing parts or are in non-marketable condition will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee plus cost of replacing the missing parts.
- Defect when received: We will gladly exchange any defective products within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Please inspect your package and notify us immediately for any product defectiveness when you receive your shipment. buyer will be responsible for shipping cost on returning product.
